Alice is gone

Alas, the intriguing profile of Alice (Cullen) in her vampire-baseball getup has disappeared from the Trucker Passions website. You can see a screenshot of the original profile where it was originally unveiled, at TWITARDED: Twilight made me do it: for the benefit of those who might otherwise have failed to stumble upon it in on the trucking site. Some inoffensive guy had already left a comment to her: "You're cute." Awww.

The thing is, the site probably zapped the profile because it wasn't what it seemed to be, and someone recognized the picture or otherwise figured out that the profile was not exactly what it purported to be.

Confession time: Something similar is true about the School for Edwards. It's real as it can be. Set up by somebody who fully and totally appreciates Twilight (especially movies, and loves at least the first one, hard) and Robward. Somebody who truly madly deeply wants to figure out why the **** men are so put off by the phenomenon, and why they can't figure out that if they drew some lessons from it, especially from grasping what draws women to that world, like flies to a puddle of sugarwater--that if they drew the right lessons they would never have a problems pulling girls, or making their SOs happy, again. And the SOs on the receiving end would get more of what they crave.

But, for now at least, there is no actual school. Only the hope of one--and even then for a reason with too many layers to go into at this point.

So, if you happen to find this, please feel free to say anything you like in a Twilightish sense. You will get a reply here, and eventually get more than what you see now. We are in a holding pattern until classes can begin.

For instance,

What if you could send your boyfriend, husband or some other needy person to a sort of School for Edwards, where they would (probably have to become familiar with things Twilightish) discover exactly what it is that makes Robward so appealing. What would you like him to learn most?

What this is about, for now at least

Can't stop wondering why so many men hate Twilight, or say they do. You'd think they would want some tips from it. Wouldn't it be cool if they wanted to learn the secret(s) of Robward's appeal?
